WOLF & EAGLE Pregnancy & Post Natal Yoga 

Wolf & Eagle Pregnancy Yoga classes offer you the chance to connect, share and relax. 

I specialise in tailored personal classes. 75 minutes of nourishing yoga with safe modifications for many common pregnancy ailments including SPD/PGP, heartburn, backache and headaches.

Each class is tailored to YOUR needs and YOUR requirements. We focus on deep breathing techniques to help during labour, practices to aid the strengthening of your body and and increase flexibility, all whilst calming your mind and nourishing your body.

Classes are suitable from 15 weeks gestation.  No experience necessary and all equipment is provided.

Wolf & Eagle Post Natal Yoga classes are a wonderful way to bond with your baby, regain your strength and connect with other local mums.

Classes are specially designed to allow you to safely practice yoga with your baby by your side, or joining in. Or if you have some child care, come along and enjoy some well-deserved you time, child-free. 

Classes are suitable from 6 weeks after a vaginal birth, or 8 weeks after a c-section, until your baby is on the move.

As with any exercise after birth, it is advisable to get the all clear from your doctor before you start classes.

Post Natal classes are run as a course over 6 weeks during term time. This enables you to focus closely on your pelvic floor repair and internal strength building your core stability class by class.

All equipment is provided, just bring yourself and your baby.

Taking time out for yourself to calm your mind and balance your emotions.

Connecting with your baby and enjoying the journey of pregnancy and early motherhood.

Connect with other mums and mums to be, sharing friendships and layers of support.

Keeping fit, healthy and strong during your pregnancy and beyond with focus on working the pelvic floor. 

Help to alleviate common symptoms such as headaches, SPD/PGP, backache and heartburn.

Learning strategies for birth, including how to breathe, move and relax during labour and birth.

Learning key movements to help babies into the ‘optimal foetal position’ which can help facilitate smoother births.
